The Great Plains Wolf lives by the Great Lakes.  They are about 4.5 to 6.5 feet long and weigh about 60 to 110 pounds.  This animal is a blend of grey, black, brown, buff, and red.  They eat hooved animals, hares, birds, and rodends.  They mate between January to late February.  The pups fully grow at 6 to 8 months.  They can have pups an 22 month.  There are about 4,000 of these wolves left and are on the endangered species list.
